Apropos the story that appeared in metro section of Dawn on August 5, 2015 under the headline `Facebook posts land civil servant in trouble`, it was mentioned that the petitioner alleged that Ogra`s newly appointed member finance Noorul Haq had gotten a loan of Rs5 million approved at zero per cent interest rate.

Ogra`s spokesman has clarified that the amount mentioned in the story was incorrect.
