To meet the growing use of the internet, various service providers have introduced packages and devices. The unfortunate part is that these companies fleece their customers mercilessly without providing reliable service. The worst part is that the complaints are not addressed. Pakistan Telecommunication Authority should look into the matter and sort things out.
