FAISALABAD: The Pakistan Awami Tehreel( (PAT) has picked the Dhobi Ghat ground as venue in Faisalabad for launching its first political public gathering which will be addressed by its chief Dr Tahirul Qadri and PML-Q leader Pervaiz Elahi on Sunday (today).

Titling the public gathering `Awami Inqilab Jalsa`, the PAT has given an undertaking to the district administration that it will take full responsibility for any unto-ward incident.

The PAT activists will be responsible for security around the venue and the stage. The district administration has asked the PAT organizers to refrain from burning effigies or flags of any political figure or any political or religious party.

Leaders and activists of the PAT, PML-Q, Sunni Tehreek, Majlis Wahdat-i-Muslimeen and minorities will take part in the gathering.-Staff Correspondent
