THIS refers to K-Electric`s inefficiency as it does not care to respond to on a complaint.

Their 118 centre miserably fails to guide the consumer. Whenever the contact number of any higher official is asked for, they express their inability to provide one.

Recently, a complaint (number 6005143530) was lodged about the electricity fluctuation in my locality, Saadi Town, but there was no action.

On my inquiry again at 118, I was told that the complaint had been closed. When asked why it had been closed without resolving the fluctuation issue, the person on the other end did not have a satisfactory explanation.

Will KE higher-ups ensure faults are rectified and the 118 staff is well-informed abouteveryprocedure? M.Ayub Sheikh Karachi
