LAHORE: Multan city police teams are conducting raids to arrest the gunmen for killing a roadside hotel owner and injuring two others on Oct 8.

Shakeel Thaheem of Budhla Sunat, his brother Shafiq and worker Sabir were at their hotel in Athara Kasiwhen four suspects on two motorcycles brandished firearms and robbed them of cash, a motorcycle, and mobile phones. When theyresisted, the robbers resorted to gunfire, resulting in the hotel owner`s death and injuries to the others, after which the perpetrators fled the scene.

The injured people were shifted to hospital, where they were reported to be in stable condition.

The Makhdoom Rasheed police registered a case against four unidentified suspects.

A police spokesperson confirmed that law enforcement teams are conducting raids to apprehend the suspects involved in this incident.
