E-tag on M-2

E-TAG, introduced on Mtorway-2 some time back, was running very smoothly, and one could just move through the fast lane without any hurdle As a practice, while travelling on the motorway, I get my E-tag account replenished at the conveniently placed kiosk built just before you enter the toll plaza.
However, recently I observed that, instead of utilising the services of the facility provided at the kiosk for depositing the toll tax, the commuters deposit the same at the counter of the f ast lane at the toll plaza, which not only involves unnecessary delays, but puts extra burden on the person handling the cash at that point.
Both the attendant at the toll plaza and the person on the given helpline/complaint showed their helplessness when I pointed out the cumbersome wait at the toll plaza.
It is, therefore, suggested that provision should be made for the replenishment of the E-tag online. Secondly, people entering the f ast lane with a low balance should be charged to compensate for the extra time and labour involved.
Furthermore, why cause inconvenience to other commuters who do not have an issue of low balance and get stuck in the queue? The very purpose of the fast lane is thus defeated.
