A FEW days ago, I went to Dr Ruth Pfau Civil Hospital in Karachi for the treatment of headache. The neurologist there advised me to have a contrast MRI of brain which was done at the hospital.
When I got the films and report issued with the signature of the head of the department of radiology, findings written in report were so severe that treatment was only possible by surgery. But there was no abnormality in films which were in the report.
Four doctors saw the films and the report and advised me to have another MRI. The report and films of the second MRI state there is no any abnormality or matter in brain. The staff of government-run hospitals or any department do not feel any responsibility.
The authorities concerned and all officers of grade 17 and above should monitor their subordinates to facilitate people.
