TOBA TEK SINGH: Twelve passengers were injured on Saturday when a bus overturned on FaisalabadMultan Road near Pirmahal.

Witnesses said the Faisalabad-to-Multan bus faced accident due to the speeding factor near Chak Kohal Kalan.

Four of the critically wounded people were admitted to the Toba Tek Singh District Headquarters Hospital.

They included Sarfraz Ahmad, of Multan, Muhammad Amin, of Katcha Kho, Zainab Bibi, of Pirmahal, and Muhammad Sarwar, of Toba Chal( 350-GB.

INJURED: Gunmen shot at and injured a villager on Saturday near Gojra.

Nawan Lahore police said Abdul Ghafoor, of Chak 90-JB, was riding a motorcycle when on Painsara-Gojra Road, two motorcyclists attempted to snatch cash and mobile phone from him. He offered resistance over which they shot at and injured him and fled.

He was admitted to the Gojra Tehsil Headquarters Hospital.
