LAHORE: Sardar Mohammad Ibrahim Khan, President, Azad Kashmir Government, here today [Feb 12], appealed to the people of Pakistan and Jammu and Kashmir State to `take the matter of plebiscite in a spirit of jihad and self-sacrifice`. ...
