Demonstrators call for release of Imran

MOHMAND: The local chapter of Pakistan Tehreeki-Insaf (PTI) organised a protest at Mian Mandi Bazaar of Mohmand tribal district on Saturday, demanding release of party`s founder Imran Khan and other detained workers.
The protesters also raised slogans against Israeli atrocities. The protest was addressed by MNA Sajid Khan Mohmand, Lower Mohmand chairman Naveed Ahmad, Fakhr-i-Alam Mohmand, Tajbar Khan, Q ari Raheem Shah, Maulana Amirullah Junaidi, Malik Jehanzeb Khan Mohmand and others.
They said that false cases were registered against PTI founder Imran Khan at the behest of establishment.They federal government unlawfully imprisoned Imran Khan and his party workers.
They said that Imran Khan was fighting for the supremacy of the Constitution, true democracy and the rights of people. They claimed that none of the cases against him was proven and all allegations against him were baseless and politically motivated.
Despite all attempts to break the party, they said, love of people for Imran Khan and PTI was increased.
They also condemned Israeli aggression in Palestine and killing of innocent civilians.
They urged Muslim counties to take serious notice of Israeli military actions, provide full financial and humanitarian support to Palestinians and announce a complete boycott of Israeli products.
