MANSEHRA: The higher education department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has notified that the Hazara University will reopen on Monday. The varsity was closed following killing of two students earlier this month.
A press release issued by HU here on Saturday said according to a notification of the higher education department the university would reopen on Monday. It said the higher education department took the decision of reopening the university in order to save the precious time of students.
It is pertinent to mention here that the university was closed on Nov 2 following killing of two students by a former student of the varsity, which sparked tensions and charged students blocked the Karakoram Highway.
