Zionist expansionism is a threat to the entire Muslim world just as it is a threat to the peace of the world. Pakistan`s identification with the Arab world was pointedly emphasised by the Prime Minister when he said, soon after the war broke out last month, that the matter was as much a part of our destiny as of the Arabs. ... An Islamic summit, thus will have to formulate a position acceptable to allthe participants or at least to most of them. Muslim unity can only help the Arab cause if a clear line of action is defined. The help the Muslim countries render to the Arabs must be effective. Only then can the summit herald a new era of Muslim solidarity and strength.
