ISLAMABAD: Islamabad city and its surrounding territory have been exposed to erratic behaviour and marked changes in the accelerating impact of climate change.
A study conducted by the Ministry of Climate Change titled `Climate Change Vulnerability Assessment of Islamabad` has revealed a host of factors that have accelerated the impact ofclimate change, including the intensity, f requency and variability of temperate, precipitation, floods, droughts, cyclones and so on.
The study was conducted by the climate change ministry, UN-Habitat, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) and the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) administration, a ministry of ficial told APP.
