LARKANA: A young man committed suicide by hanging with his mother`s dupatta from a tree in a farmland near his house in Qali Bakhsh Umrani village in the jurisdiction of Arija Pherhiwara police station on Tuesday.

Some villagers spotted the body of Ihsan Mirani, 22, and broughtit to hospital but the victim`s rela-tives declined to have its autopsy carried out.

The deceased was a resident of Munawar Abad locality, Larkana.

He was a carpenter by profession. His family and relatives expressed ignorance of the reason behind his extreme step.

Police said that it appeared to be a suicide.-Correspondent
