THE person who appointed Shahid Afridi the team captain is responsible for the team`s pathetic performance at T20 World Cup. It is he who deserves censure for not removing him from captaincy af ter watching his poor performance as captain.
Afridi did not seem to know much about field placing, what to talk of other important aspects of captaincy such as handling the bowlers, the batting order, etc.
Intikhab Alam has correctly said `Amir, Hafeez, Sarfraz were wasted`.
