CRISIS in the Sind Cabinet became evident last night [April 13] when two of its Ministers, Pir Ilahi Bakhsh and Mr Ghulam Ali Talpur issued a joint statement criticising their Premier. Mr. M.A. Khuhro replied within a few hours of his Ministers` statement being made to the Press. While the Pir Sahib and Mir Sahib said: `We are of the opinion that any leader who is not able to keep the members of his party with himself has no right to be the leader,` the Premier reacted: `Constitutional decency demands that if they honestly believe in what they say about me as their chief they should first get out of the Cabinet presided over by me.
