NOWSHERA, Oct 14: Unknown robbers killed a man in Akora Khattak here on Monday.

Police said Wasif Gul, 26, was intercepted by three robbers when he was going home in Shaidu area. The robbers opened fire on him when he resisted the robbery attempt.

He was seriously injured and taken to hospital, but he died there.

The body was handed over to relatives after autopsy at the district headquarters hospital.

The Akora Khattak police registered case against unknown robbers on the complaint of the victim`s brother, Hayat Gul, and started investigation. -Correspondent
