DADU: A man stabbed to death his wife`s brother and son`s wife in Torh Qambar village, some 65 kilometres from here, on Thursday over suspicions they had illicit relations.

According to neighbours, Faiz Mohammad killed Ms Farzana and Yaseen with a dagger and hid their bodies under a heap of chaff.

Police discovered the bodies after receiving information about the double murder and took them to Khairpur Nathan Shah taluka hospital for autopsy.

SHO Akbar Channa told Dawn that police arrested Faiz Mohammad who had confessed to killing his relatives in the name of honour.
