KMU completes admissions to medical, dental colleges

PESHAWAR: The Khyber Medical University has completed the process of admissions to the public and private sector medical and dental colleges of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
In a statement issued here on Saturday, the KMU, the admitting university in the province, announced to have filled all the 1,100 private MBBS seats with the closing merit standing at aggregate 78.4091, and all 350 private BDS seats have also been occupied, with a closing aggregate of 70.
Admissions for public sector MBBS open merit seats (closing aggregate: 91.1864), self-finance MBBS seats (closing aggregate: 90.6909), BDS open merit seats (closing aggregate: 90.7455), and self-finance BDS seats (closing aggregate: 90.4591) had already been completed earlier.
The statement said that the medical dental college admission test (MDCAT) and final placement process had been concluded with complete transparency and adherence to merit. — Bureau Report
