IT is good that the media is now playing a proactive role in the water crisis. But should not the media have played this role when two provinces refused to build Kalabagh dam.
The least the media could have done was to ask why a dam on the Indus at Kalabagh was unacceptable, but a dam on the Indus at Bhasha is acceptable.
The media can even now redeem itself by conducting investigative reporting to sif t f act from fiction.
