KARACHI: An 18-year old schoolteacher died under mysterious circumstances in Ali Akbar Shah Goth in the limits of Ibrahim Hyderi police on Friday. This prompted the police to prevent the relatives from burying her and sent the body to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre to ascertain exact cause of death, said Malir SSP Irfan Bahadur.

The police also detained her husband on suspicions who told the police that she died during an `abortion` at a private clinic in Korangi and on information provided by him, the police detained two staff members of the clinic, including a `fake` lady doctor, added the officer.-Staff Reporter
