THIS refers to the article `Divorce and disparity` (March 19). The dichotomy between men and women seeking divorce is grimly stark and requires expeditious ef forts on behalf of both genders in making the process symmetrical for both parties.
Although the patriarchal system in the country is slowly f ading away on the basis of laws conducive to the cause of women, itis high time the politicians further expedited the process of legislation regarding gender equality.
