NAROWAL: Three people were killed and five others injured when a dumper rammed into a motorcycle-rickshaw on Sheikhupura-Lahore Road.

According to Rescue 1122, the dumper struck the rickshaw from behind.

The deceased were identified as Munir (53), Niamat Ali (51), and Arif (71). The injured included Nawaz (51), Anwar (42), Sajda Bibi (43), Burhan (22) and Naveed (38). The injured people were shifted to hospital.

The dumper driver fled the scene.
