HONG KONG: The Cambodian Liberation Radio said today [April 15] the Khmer Rouge forces had captured Phnom Penh`s Pochentong airport, and the Cambodian capital `is on the point of collapse`. The announcement came as the Cambodian Head of State Prince Norodom Sihanouk declared in an interview that the new Khmer Government, which will replace the present military clique, will be non-aligned democratic and progressive, and not Communist. The broadcast, quoted by Radio Hanoi, added that `liberation forces have now liberated almost all the country`.
