HYDERABAD: A three member Special Court today [April 15] took up the case against former President of the now defunct NAP, Mr Abdul Wali Khan and 43 others in an airconditioned ... court room in the Central Jail here.

The opening day`s proceedings were restricted to the presentation of the complaint by the Special Public Prosecutor ... on behalf of the Federal Government. The complaint runs into 55 pages accompanied by lists of charges, witnesses and of the accused persons who are absconding.
