KARACHI: The Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has restrained one of its pilots from flying duties for letting a foreigner insidethe cockpit. An investigation has begun in the case, it is learnt.

PIA spokesperson Mashhood Tajwar said in reply to a Dawn`s query that Capt Shehzad Aziz had been held back f rom his flying duties and an investigation initiated.Further action will be taken once the investigation is completed.

Complaints against the pilot came up after a video went viral on social media a few days ago, showing a Chinese woman inside the cockpit of the plane which was flying to China from Japan.
