LAHORE: The Olympic Solidarity Fund Rugby Training and Education Courses ended here on Monday with Pakistan Olympic Association (POA) president Lt Gen Arif Hassan giving away the certificates.

The courses were conducted by Singapore`s Ismail Kadir, a senior trainer of World Rugby who conducted various courses during his five-day stay in Lahore namely Rugby Ready, Strength and Conditioning, Level-I and Level-two courses.

Pakistan Rugby heat coach Shakeel Ahmad will now continue practical sessions till June 18.

Arif appreciated Ismall for visiting Pakistan to train the local people. Ismail said the sport in Pakistan had improved since he first came here in 2010.
