LAHORE: The Punjab University and the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) launched on Monday antidengue measures in connection with the International Anti-Dengue Day.

At the UET, fumigation was carried out in classes, hostels and residential colony houses. Lawns were trimmed, waste, used tyres and junl< material were removed from houses while puddles were also removed.

Similarly, a walk was arranged at the Punjab UniversityfromUndergraduate Block to Institute of Education and Research on the New Campus.
