KARACHI: Tripartite talks on Kashmir between the UN Representative, Sir Owen Dixon, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mr Liaquat Ali Khan, and Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the Bharati Prime Minister, will begin in New Delhi on Thursday [July 20], it was authoritatively learned ... yesterday [July 15] evening.

Mr Liaquat Ali Khan, will leave Karachi for New Delhi on Thursday morning. He is expected to be accompanied by Mr Mushtaq Ahmad Gurmani, Minister for Kashmir Affairs, and the Secretary-General, Mr Mohammad Ali.

Sir Owen Dixon, is arriving in Karachi from New Delhi on Monday, to hold discussions with the Prime Minister. Mr Gurmani and the Foreign Minister, Chaudhri Mohammad Zafrullah Khan, are likely to be present. ...
