The number of fatal road accidents has been increasing in Pakistan. I wonder who is responsible for such accidents: the drivers or the government. After all, it is part of the government responsibility to build overhead bridges for pedestrians. Having such bridges is one of the most appropriate ways to stop these deadly accidents.
