Naveed Ahmed Hub JUNK FOOD: The menace of junk food continues to affect the health of people, but there seems to be no end in sight. All such food is processed, and requires huge amounts of synthetic chemicals that are not only toxic, but also contain numerous carcinogenic materials. They are a major source of non-communicable diseases, like heart problems, diabetes, stroke and others. Obesity, a silent killer, has a direct linkage with junk food. Unhealthy food is destroyingthe health ofthe nation.
