By Our Staff Reporter 2015-10-16
LAHORE: Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif says the Lahorites have voted for the politics of decency, tolerance and public service in NA-122 by-election and those doing politics of allegations have been defeated.

He was talking to the PML-N organising committee, comprising MPs and party office-bearers, here on Thursday.

Shahbazsaidthoseraising hue and cry over so-called rigging had seen the result of their negative politics. Hesaid the success of the PML-N in the by-polls was the win of politics of public service and it buried the politics of allegations of rigging in general elections.

The Chief Minister recalled that a huge loss had been caused to the country by the sit-ins last year and the masses realised that who was serving them selflessly.

He pledged to carry out public service during next two-and-a-half years, implementing the agenda of public welfare more vigorously.
