DADU. Renowned scholar, historian and writer Mohammad Urs Solangi died after a protracted ilness on Friday. He was 70.

He was under treatment at the Institute of Syed Abdullah Shah Medical and Health Sciences. He was laid to rest at Pir Mohammad Shah graveyard in the presence of family members, relatives and admirers. He authored two books Dadu Zilo aen Hik Abhyas and Dadu Taluke Jo Mazi aen Haal about the past and present of Dadu.-Correspondent
