I APPLIED for a UK (Tier 2) visa on Nov 1, 2017 which was refused on Nov 16 because ofa technicalglitch.

Since I didn`t file a review application within 28 days after the refusal, the Health Surcharge payment amounting Rs84,857 should have been refunded to my bank account not later than Dec 16. However, the amount is yet to be credited in my accountto date (Jan16).

Ironically, British home authorities are silent on how and who to reach in such a situation for early redress.
