DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Unidentified terrorists stormed the houses of four brothers serving in security agencies and set them on fire in Kot Lalu area of Daraban Kalan tehsil here on Thursday.

A police spokesman said that about six to eight terrorists entered the houses of the personnel serving in Frontier Corps (FC) and army when they were on their duty in their posting areas.

Their families were at home during the attack.

The attackers put the houses on fire before leaving the area. No casualties were, however, reported.

The attackers also took away bikes and other items from the houses and managed to escape.

Soon after receiving the information about the incident, the police reached the area and started investigation.

It should be noted that Chief Secretary Nadeem Aslam Chaudhary and IG Akhtar Hayat Khan were on a visit to Dera Ismail Khan on Thursday. Correspondent
