DADU: The Model Criminal Trial Court of Dadu has fixed April 29 for the high-profile case of Baldai UC chairman Karamullah Chandio and his two sons, Mukhtiar Chandio and Qabil Chandio, in an armed attack on their house in Ahmed Colony of Mehar on Jan 17, 2018.

The date was fixed after statements of prosecution witnesses were recorded.

The case is being persuaded by deceased Mukhtiar Chandio`sdaughter, Umme Rabab Chandio.

Plaintiff Pervaiz Chandio and his lawyer Salahuddin Panhwar appeared in the court while accused PPP MPA Sardar Ahmed Chandio, his brother and a former adviser to the chief minister Burhan Khan Chandio also appeared in the court.

The arrested accused, former SHO Karim Chandio, Murtaza, Sikandar, Ali Gohar and Zulfikar Chandio were also produced in the court for recording their statements.
