KARACHI: Discarded Pakistan batsman If tikhar Ahmed slammed a stroke-filled half-century as Rangoonwala CC clinched their second success in as many days in the Medicam presents Paracha Exchange Royal Ramazan T20 League at the Al-Mansoora Ground here on Thursday.

Iftikhar scored an undefeated 86 from only 55 deliveries while hitting six sixes and as many fours to enable Rangoonwala, who thrashed Al-Rehman Foundation by 10 wickets on Wednesday, easily reach their target of 173 in 18.1 overs for the loss of five wickets against Quetta-based Heroes CC.Bismillah Khan also batted to hammer four fours and three sixes in a breezy 21-ball knock of 43.

Earlier, Fazal-ur-Rehman hit an unbeaten 53 of f 32 balls with three sixes and two fours after openers Mohammad Sarwar (40 off 30, two sixes and two fours) and Antum Khan (34 off 19, four fours and one six) added 61 before Heroes CC collected 172-7.
