LAHORE: Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) police claimed on Saturday to have killed in an `encounter` a `hired assassin`involvedin10murdersinGujjarpura.

Suspect Rafaqat was involved in killing 10 people af ter getting contract in different areas of the city and he was declared a proclaimed offender in murder, extortion and other cases some 11 years ago.
