LAHORE: A sessions court on Wednesday issued a notice to the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) on a petition seeking registration of a blasphemy case against `controversial` YouTuber A citizen, Shahzada Adnan, filed the petition through his counsel Mudassir Chaudhry accusing Rajab Butt of using inappropriate language on a religious matter in a social media video.
The petitioner`s counsel informed the court that his client had earlier approached the NCCIA, but no case was registered.
He asked the court to order the NCCIA to file a case against the YouTuber.
The court issued a notice to the agency and sought a reply.
