KARACHI: The Sindh High Court has dismissed two petitions filed by some legal heirs of the Baldia factory fire victims.
A two-judge bench comprising Chief Justice Ahmed Ali M. Shaikh and Justice Yousuf Ali Sayeed turned down the pleas for being misconceived.
The petitioners contended that they were aggrieved by the fact that the amount paid by the German company was to be invested for the purpose of the pension scheme rather than distributed amongst them.
