Marvel`s New Champions series introduces Gold Tiger, a Wakandan teen hero with golden claws and spell-casting abilities.

Created by Ernanda Souza, Gold Tiger first appeared on a 2023 Black Panther variant cover and will star in New Champions #2 on February 12, 2025.Part of a new team led by Hellrune, the New Champions battle supernatural threats like the Cult of Hela. Other members include Fantasma, Hulkette, Spider-Boy and Kid Juggernaut. The debut coincides with Marvel`s Black History Month covers, spotlighting heroes like Black Panther, Luke Cage and Miles Morales.
