TAXILA: Police have arrested a man for attempting to assault an 11-year-old boy in Malikabad area in the limits of Wah Saddar police station on Sunday.

As per the police source, the victim`s father reported that a neighbour lured his son to his house to give him money where he tried to assault him.

As soon as the victim voiced alarm, the suspect managed to escape from the scene.

Later, the suspect was traced by the police and a case registered against him, after which he was sent behind bars. Correspondent
