BAHAWALPUR: With the advent of spring, festivity is in the air. A three-day Jashn-i-Baharan or spring festival will be held from March 21 here at Dring Stadium.

Celebrations will also be arranged in Bahawalngar and Rahim Yar Khan.

In Bahawalpur, the annual flower show will be held where government and private departments will set up their stalls.

A children mela will be organised at the zoo.

On the last day of the festival, a prize-distribution function for flower show participants will be held while children with special needs will stage a tableau. Dance by a jhoomar troupe and horses will also be displayed. Correspondent
