T HE Indian media, it seems, has scant regard for the truth and is devoid of any decency. The commense on the release of Wing Commader Abhinandan and the stories that the Indian media concocted about the whole af fair are shameful.
The truth is that his aircraf t and that of his wingman were shot down. Had soldiers of the Pakistan Army not reached him, the Azad Kashmiri villagers would have beaten him to death.
The video clip that showed him saying that the Pakistani armed forces are thorough professionals made the Indian anchors wince and they demanded in unison that this video be deleted on the plea: `We have to build a strong air force.
The Indian leadership is spreading ignorance and destroying the rational faculties of its electorate. The Indians are led to believe that all Muslims are foreigners and the Taj Mahal doesn`t represent Indian ethos and is not an Indian monument They are also told that an Indian raja defeated Alexander the Great.
Compared to the Indian media, the Pakistani media is more mature and responsible and they displayed this fact before and af ter the Pulwama incident.
