RECENTLY, the Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) announced a job for wildlife department. A graduate of zoology was eligible for this post but what about a wildlife graduate? As wildlife is directly linked with forest, it is better to give an opportunity to forestry and wildlife graduates.
Zoology is a vast field about animals but as far as wildlife is concerned it relates only to wild animals and forest.
The authorities should consider forestry range and wildlife graduates on priority for the department of forestry, wildlife and fisheries.
