SAHIWAL: The Pakpattan Saddar police booked two dozen activists of the Kisan Wing of the Pakistan Tehreek-iInsaf for bringing out a protest rally against ignoring the agriculture sector and not reducing the prices of agriculture inputs by the PML-N federal and provincial governments.

The rally was organised at Shaho Mor on M i n c h a n a b a d Pakpattan Road.

The participants also burnt gunny bags along with wheat. The protest rally was led by Abdur Rehman Wattoo.

Saddar police booked Nasir, Abdur Rehman, Muhammad Ashiq, Dr Muhammad Ahmed Sukhera, Zakir Hussain and 25 unidentified people under PPC`s sections 341, 148, 149 and 16 MPO on the complaint of SI Falik Sher.
