KARACHI: The Hamdard Foundation Pakistan has provided meritorious scholarships to 224 bright and deserving students from all over the country under its Shaheed-i-Pakistan Hakim Mohammed Said Memorial Scholarship programme.

According to a press release, foundation`s president Sadia Rashid presided over an event to distribute scholarships among successful students.

She congratulated the students and advised them to value time and follow the footsteps of Hakim Said, who strictly followed this principle.

Hamdard University Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Syed Shabib-ul-Hasan said Hakim Said had sown a seed that had now become a tenacious tree.
