LARKANA: Policeman Ghulam Abbas Leghari, who laid down his life while fighting against terrorists in the attack on the Karachi Police Office, was buried here in the Abu Bakar graveyard on Saturday night.

Larkana SSP Dr Mohammad Imran, Rangers personnel and others attended his funeral. Resident of Khudabad locality, Leghari joined the police service in 2011. He left behind three sons, one daughter and a widow to mourn.

Jamil Soomro, political secretary to Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, along with other Pakistan Peoples Party leaders and workers, visited the graveyard on Sunday and laid wreaths on his grave and of fered fateha on behalf of Bilawal, Asif Ali Zardari and MPA Faryal Talpur.-Correspondent
