KARACHI: The Sindh High Court has established a court-annexed mediation centre at the City Courts and appointed two judicial officers to conduct alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings.
SHC Registrar Suhail Mohammad Laghari issued two notifications on Wednesday, stating that the `court-annexed medication centre` has been set up at the sessions courts-East with the approval of acting Chief Justice Mohammad Junaid Ghaffar.
The acting chief justice also appointed Senior Civil Judge Syed Faraz Ali Zaidi and Civil Judge Mrs Tahmina to initiate and conduct ADR proceedings through the medication centreincasesreferredby the courts. -Staff Reporter
