APROPOS S.W.A. Maulai`s letter (May 4), I may add that there are some limited companies which have not been paying any dividend to their investors, nor giving any reason thereof, since their very inception.
One such company is WorldCall Telecom Ltd. Another company, Sui Southern Gas Company Ltd, was distributing dividend warrants to its investors but has abruptly stopped doing so.
Could some authorities and their registrars or the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan intervene in the matter to safeguard the interests of investors and atleastupdate allconcerned.
